Just a heads-up for you kaiju fans out there. Pre-orders have finally opened up for the next in the S.H.MonsterArts lone: Moguera. It's real name is M.O.G.U.E.R.A. which is short for Mobile Operation Godzilla Universal Expert Robot Aero-type. Here's some photos, so you can see what exactly is in store.











Moguera looks surprisingly...err...mobile despite its very stiff and blocky build. It looks slightly less posable than the revoltech Showa-era Moguera (this Moguera being from the Heisei era of Toho films). The flight picture will once again be most likely useless to recreate if they don't include a stand unless you have wire or something (then it will look just like the space flying scene from Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla!). I will say though that the weapons effects here are my favorite so far. The smoke trail from the spiral grenades looks awesome, and I hope the plasma beam effect can be equipped onto the Mechagodzilla figure since it has an attack just like it.

Moguera will cut you down about 6,500 yen which is still a hefty bit despite costing the same as the prior Mechagodzilla and Space Godzilla figures. Still, if you check out my review of the S.H.MonsterArts Godzilla, you will see that Bandai doesn't slouch on the quality at all.
