Blavatski and Sons provides everything you need for steampunk ghostbusting photo

Unfortunately, Blavatski and Sons turns out to be just a fictional ghost of a company. However, Doktor A, the true creator behind these steampunk lovelies, happens to be very real indeed. Currently on display at Gallery1988, the good Doktor has clearly put some immense care into truly believable gadgets.

The majority of the products seem inclined to aid in helping you deal with the all-too-common wayward spirit in life, and consists mainly of the "Automatic Medium: Seance Engine" seen in the header. Two other devices round out the collection, namely the Ghost Trap-esque Phenomenologocal Extrapolator and handy clockwork decoy spirits complete with requisite bushy brass mustache.

When the day's hard work is done, the Victorian ghostbuster can settle in with the Patented Mechanised Tasseomancer to make a nice spot of tea (Earl Grey, natch), and perhaps get some personal advice from the fortune cookie-spewing Patented Personal Devinator. Truly, Doktor A has made a once-dangerous pursuit nothing more frightful than a jaunt in one's Personal Aether Induced Regulated Steaming Heat Inducing Propellant, or what we like to call an "airship."

"bushy brass mustache" has a nice ring to it.
