Beach Queen Miuru Azusa from Idolmaster is re-releasedAzusa is every bit as photogenic as I remember her the first time she came around. While her pose may be a little showy for my taste, I can appreciate her figure. I always love seeing flowers in a girls' hair, and her red flower contrasts well to her lovely blue hair. One thing a little odd about her is her see-through wrap about her waist. It has leaf patterns on it which is cool, but the wrap itself does not manage to cover up much at all. Still I have to say it is unique, and at least it can be cast off if one does not like it. At first glance, I thought Azusa's face was a little too tall, but after looking back at some of the animated series, I have to say Wave sculpted her figure very well. Speaking of the source material; in the animated series, and the games, Azusa starts off with long hair, then eventually cuts it to be shorter. I think it would have been interesting if Wave had included a second head in its re-release, maybe one with shorter hair. Not that I would want to trim off much of that lovely hair myself. I think her hair sculpt is some of the best I have seen on a Beach Queen. Azusa is affordably priced with a suggested manufactures retail price of ¥3,800 and should ship out in late May of next year. What do you think, Tomopeeps? Did you miss this Beach Queen the first time around and are happy to see her come around again, or will you pass on her? Let us know in the comments.
