BBTS and FansProject team up for Toys For Tots

For every FansProject Function-X figure pre-ordered BBTS will donate $20 in toys to Toys For Tots.

Big Bad Toy Store and popular Transformers third party group FansProject are teaming up to bring donations to Toys For Tots and you can help! From now until December 16 for every pre-order made of FansProject's latest figure, Function X-1, BBTS will donate $20 worth of toys to the charity. And that's $20 wholesale, not retail, which means that money can go a long way towards helping children in need this Christmas. BBTS will bundle and deliver all of the toys on December 17 and promise to post pictures soon after. The figure's appearance itself is still a mystery, but after the report yesterday we know that X-1 will be a remake of Headmaster Chromedome renamed Code. The price is US$68.99 and will be available sometime in the first quarter of 2013. Since BBTS doesn't charge for pre-orders until they ship you can help out now even if you don't have the money on hand. Just remember, this ends on Sunday so if you want to contribute you need to act now!
