The Hybrid Grade line of figures is normally relegated to gashapon machines. Don't get them confused with the typical gashapon quality though, as these will do much better in terms of sculpting and painting. The newest series to enter, Dragon Ball Z Kai, has a piece that is a bit too much to handle for a capsule machine, as the legendary Super Saiyan 3 Broly will make his way to the Premium Bandai shop.

Why is Broly coming to the Premium Shop? Well, he's a bit taller than the rest, standing in at 170mm or 6.5 inches. The normal HG figure is just 100mm, so Broly is going to tower over them. As for the figure itself, he's pretty magnificent. The clear green PVC for the hair is striking and kind of makes me want to pick it up for that feature alone. The muscles and clothing are well-sculpted and just add to how good the piece is.
