You know, when I first saw Puella Magi Madoka Magica I really wasn't sure how to take Kyouko Sakura. At first I really wanted to hate her, but she soon became one of those tragically flawed human characters that I love so much. They say the best villains are the ones that truly believe they're right (that certainly fits Kyuubey), but the same can probably be said for heroes who do the wrong thing believing it's right, too. So yeah, I'm a fan of her character.
I'm also a fan of figures of characters dressed casually. Yes, I know that's a strange thing to be a fan of, but it's true. For any given superhero or magical girl there's an endless amount of figures dressed in uniform, but there are far, far fewer just dressed in their everyday casual clothes. Eve though i don't normally collect dolls this is one I can certainly appreciate. And aside from the full cloth outfit and boots she also comes with a quartet of Kyuubey in sitting, standing, on shoulder, and hugging (for holding in her arms) poses. I'm sure someone will take a picture of her posed with all four when she comes out in December for ¥13,000.
So there you go. Pick a store, sign a contract, and wait for your army of Kyuubey, uh, I mean, Kyouko to arrive.
