Arkham City Batman and Two Face combo ready to pre-order photo

Anyone here love the Arkham Asylum video game that came out awhile ago? Are you looking forward to its sequel, Arkham City? If so, this Batman and Two-Face combo pack might just be something you're interested in. Both figures stand at 6" tall, and are to scale with other DC Universe Classics figures.

Both figures have multiple points of articulation, although I feel like the very deep grooves between the joints are just plain ugly and stick out like a sore thumb on both figures, even if they are technically more acceptable on Batman because of the lines in his armor. Still, in terms of action figures, Two Face has his fairly typical design--which I don't mind, and Batman does bear a decent likeness to the Batman depicted in the newest video game series.

When you consider the price of US$30.99 for both of these figures together, I suppose the level of quality is good for the price. Still, you might want to weigh just how big of a Batman fan you are before you choose to pre-order these two. Then again...I certainly am.

Oh, for some reason I thought the Two Face was going to be released as a part of something else.

The Two Face is really sick, both figuratively and literally. It really conveys the sense of damaged flesh. The only downside with this (and really other interpretations) is that supposedly the guy just had acid thrown on his face >_> So, you now, I'm not sure why half of his entire body is so damaged. Plus the damaged clothing looks more like it just happened than something he'd wear around.

The Batman looks like crap. His torso and head proportions all look off, plus the character looks more bored than anything.
I'm with you scarecroodle! But with the batman and all those lines on that figure, Im waiting for him to transform into the batmobile. " one shall stand and one shall fall, two face"

Custom Made Monday: It's a me, Mario

Well, it's almost time for E3, so I guess Custom Made Monday ought to get with the times and showcase a little bit of gaming-themed customs. Of course, I say a little bit because there's others that draw their inspiration from movies, and yet others from food and piracy. Not the online kind. I'd suggest hopping past the jump to check them out ... because you really can't otherwise, can you?

DC Collectibles inundates fans with offerings every month which occasionally makes it hard to keep up. While a good number of collectibles were mentioned on this site last month, a few slipped through the cracks while a slew of additional pre-orders have started opening. How can anybody keep up? Well, hitting the jump would be a great start.
