Are Cave Story voxel figures coming?
Popping up this weekend on the official Nicalis Twitter page was this lone image, showing off what appears to be two figures of Cave Story's Quote. A follow up tweet from Nicalis' Tyrone Rodriguez puts the bigger Quote at 5 inches (12.7 cm) and the smaller one at 3 inches (7.6 cm). I'm unable to tell from the shot if they're 3-D printed or just stylized vinyl figures, but Nicalis was trying to get feedback on which of the two sizes to use for Quote. These will also be painted ... but if they're vinyl, wouldn't a DIY Quote lead to some cool possibilities? We'll let you know if more info on these pop up, but a little vinyl Quote figure (or maybe Curly Brace and Balrog, too?) would certainly be a welcome addition to my collection. Would it be to yours?
