It's here: after a debut at San Diego Comic Con, Kidrobot's Hypnotoad has arrived and is awaiting your praise. The 4.5-inch Hypnotoad is the latest Futurama designer toy from Kidrobot and by far my favorite, especially with those hypnotic eyes of his that pulsate and change colors (using the same technology as those cool rulers from when you were in elementary school). You can buy one for US$39.95 (£31.90, €37) at Kidrobot stores, kidrobot.com, and select retailers worldwide right now.

Also new is a special run of Billy the Kid figures (US$125, 50 pieces) from Blamo Toys and Shayne Maratea. They feature a blue bandana and a carrot six-shooter in the holster, but the big news is Kidrobot says there will be a 24-inch Billy on the way in the future.

Finally, there's a new Mini Smorkin' Labbit series, with some brand new designs for the series (18 in total). Also, there's Labbits holding fried chicken. Amazing. The new mini-series releases Thursday, Aug. 9 alongside Huck Gee's Skullslinger, at Kidrobot stores, kidrobot.com, and select retailers for US$4.95 (£4.10, €4.70) per blind box.
