A peek at Plastikmat's Yume Geisha Girl photo

It's been quite a while since I wanted a resin figure really badly, but one look at Yume and I was instantly in absolute love. Created by a French artist that goes by the name of Plastikmat, Yume is 5 inches tall and slated for a Feb 28th release. I can only begin to imagine the gorgeous customs that will come out of this figure -- even in her DIY white, she is stunning!

The white edition is limited to 9 pieces, while a colored edition is also on the way and is limited to 29 pieces. According to ToysREvil, a third edition will also be released for Altertoys only, and will be even more limited than the white run. She will be sold (tenative price) for 59 Euros (about $76 US). I HAVE to have this beauty ... here's to hoping I get lucky enough to score one!

Sigh. This is the first time a Western design has me enamored enough to purchase, and yet it's still insanely expensive. Oh well!
I am getting this no matter what. :D
