A night at Kid Robot inspires Tomopop's first contest!

So I went to Kid Robot Miami last night for the Huck Gee signing that I mentioned yesterday, and let me tell you, good times were had. As Huck signed my limited figure, I found myself staring at the signature and feeling the cogs in my brain sort of click around, that crucial moment right before genius strikes. It'd be cool to keep this amazing figure and gaze upon it on my over-crowded toy shelf, but wouldn't it be ever cooler to give it away...on Tomopop?

Hence the announcement of our first contest -- after all, being the sister site of contest extraordanaire Destructoid, we have to look good when it comes to swag. Here's the deal, kids: Download the picture of our mascot from the gallery, and make your own custom Tomopup. Nobody said it had to be a dog, either; I'm just attaching the beedog version as an example. He could be a giraffe, a motorcycle, a shrub, whatever you want. Seriously, go nuts. We'll compile the best of the best for a gallery post and announce the winner on Friday, February 29th. (Creepy Leap Year day FTW!)

Whoever creates the coolest Tomopup custom will take home the signed Huck Gee Kidninja 14 vinyl (retail $39.95) you see pictured. Register with us if you haven't already, and put your custom Tomopup pics in the comments of this post using BBCode.
