An interestingly piece of nightmare fuel popped up on web stores this morning and, while a part of me wishes I hadn't seen it (I have plenty of trouble sleeping as it is), I know more than a few people will be thrilled to learn that a statue of Silent Hill's shambling, disfigured Bubble Head Nurse is now available for pre-order. You may remember them from our coverage of San Diego Comic Con. Part of Gecco's Mamegyorai Limited line (other figures from this series include Pyramid Head), this 1/6 scale horror show with a crowbar stands at approximately 25 centimeters tall. That should be the perfect size for it to terrorize the other toys in your collection. 

Highlights for this figure include a base that interlocks with other identical bases allowing for multiple nurses to stand together in a herd, because one just wasn't freaky enough. You can purchase a set of three Bubble Head Nurses for ¥28000 (a single one is ¥9334). The bloody crowbar she is holding can also be held on either hand by switching hand parts.

So if you have the stomach for this figure, she's up for pre-order now and listed to ship out in February. Now, for my part, I intend to sit in a corner, rocking back and forth whilst hugging my knees.
