Hunter x Hunter fans get one big Bisky figure photo
Hunter x Hunter fans get one big Bisky figure
by Jeremy Emerje Crocker

So you say you want a figure of Gon and Killua's teacher Biscuit Krueger from Hunter x Hunter. Well, you've got two options: you can either track down Banpresto's cute prize figure from 2013 or you can get Premium Bandai's muscular Bisky coming out next May.

Yeah, that's right, the same people who brought us that unlikely gravity-defying Gon figure is now set to produce an almost equally unlikely figure of Bisky in full form. Sporting the physique of a male body builder this isn't the type of thing you usually see figures of and that's why Premium Bandai is so awesome. She's standing 135 mm (about 5.3 inches) tall and, gasp, she's also in scale with that Gon figure. Orders are now open until February 14, 2015 with the figure coming out sometime in May. Unfortunately if you want this buff Bisky you'll have to go through a proxy as PB won't ship outside of Japan.

Now let's see them do a figure of rapidly aged Welfin.

You'd be crazy to miss these SH Figuarts Harley Quinn photos photo
You'd be crazy to miss these SH Figuarts Harley Quinn photos
by Scarecroodle

New photos of Bandai's S.H. Figuarts Harley Quinn (Injustice ver.) have appeared, courtesy of a listing on the Tamashii web store. The figure depicts the Joker's fangirl/love interest as she appeared in Injustice: Gods Among Us (ps3/360).

Harley Quinn is the third SHF that we've seen from this game, following Batman and Joker, and is by far my favorite. While part of that might be owed to the character design itself, I'm also impressed by Bandai's workmanship and really did two of the optional faces (and two outta three ain't bad!).

SHF Harley Quinn looks to come with her mallet, two handguns, a card, a total of three interchangeable faces (standard, smiling, and... grimacing?), and three alternate sets of hands. Although the character has a knife strapped to her calf (and several more at her hip), it's not listed as being removable despite looking as such.

In other news (on a personal note), I *finally* picked up Injustice: Gods Among Us (Ultimate Edition) and am looking forward to playing that whenever it arrives.

S.H. Figuarts Vegetto is coming for all of you photo
S.H. Figuarts Vegetto is coming for all of you
by Tianxiao Ma

Since Figuarts figures can't actually be fused together, Dragon Ball Z's most powerful character will have to get its own Figuarts treatment. This S.H. Figuarts Vegetto looks, well, pretty much like you'd expect.

You can check out the product page on Bandai's web store to get a better idea of what you'll be getting. He'll have a number of alternate faces, and parts to show the Super Saiyan version. Vegetto will be available April 2015 for ¥4,104.

Bandai reveals S.H. Figuarts Cardcaptor Sakura, goes head-to-head with Max Factory photo
Bandai reveals S.H. Figuarts Cardcaptor Sakura, goes head-to-head with Max Factory
by Martin Siggers

It seems like only yesterday I was complaining about how there were no Cardcaptor Sakura figures, but now we're practically drowning in them, as Bandai have announced they'll be producing an S.H. Figuarts version of Sakura Kinomoto. What's more, we've already got fully coloured, production ready pictures!

Interestingly, this comes only a few days after Max Factory revealed their own poseable Sakura as part of the figma range. The two figures are uncannily similar, even down to the choice of outfit. Speaking of that, I know this is one of the famous ones, but could we please get a little more variety? Just sayin'. Regardless, it's a clear case of throwing down the gauntlet to a rival company, and it'll be interesting to see which way collectors decide to go. It seems like Bandai have the jump here though, as Sakura is already pencilled in for a March 2015 release. More news as we get it.
