30th Prize Fair: Banpresto

10:00 AM on 11.07.2012

Prize figures coming in 2013 for Gundam Unicorn, Code Geass, K-On!, Kamen Rider, and Magi.

Cripes! Another event, Japan? You're keeping yourselves busy with all the product showcasing. At least with the focus of this event, there are plenty more chances for characters we may like at a fraction of the cost. I'm talking prize figures, folks. Once again the Prize Fair rolls around with companies displaying their current and upcoming figures of characters who never have a chance as a standard scale PVC figure or characters in outfits that go beyond the school uniform.

Banpresto displayed an assortment of figures from the Gundam series. Four volumes of the Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn DXF Figure were introduced with characters like Audrey, Banagher, Marida, Suberoa, and... Full Frontal? ... Right, Look for volume 1 to kick off the DXF Figure series in April, 2013. The Kamen Rider series will see the sixth volume of the DXF ~Dual Solid Heroes~ hit in May, 2013 and a prize figure for Kamen Rider Wizard to come out the month before. The Natsume Yuujinchou Shi DXF Figure ~Hana Kahoru~ figure pair will be coming in May, 2013 and the SQ Figure series adds Homura from Puella Magi Madoka Magica with her getting a release in April, 2013.

Code Geass R2 sees more cosplay with an Ichiban Kuji figure of Kallen rocking out while her outfit lifts to flash her large breasts. More K-On! movie figures will be available with the DXF Figure ~HTT-GRAY-STYLE~ pair of Rtisu and Mio. I think I can get behind that Ritsu. The souring popularity of Magi continues with the release of the DXF Figure ~First Appearance~ pair set for release in May, 2013. Banpresto also has more One Piece figures coming with the first volume of the MEGA World Collectible Figure series featuring a giant robot Franky.

There are a few other things in there from Banpresto so hit the gallery to check it out. Anything in there that interests you that you know you'll be getting?
