2012 Winter Hobby Maker Expo: Nendoroid

There are so many Nendoroid figures! Sooooo many!!! And Good Smile Company wanted to remind us of that just after Wonder Festival with what was displayed at the 2012 Winter Hobby Maker Exhibition. Seriously, I bet you could go swimming in the amount of Nendoroid figures released like Scrooge McDuck and his money. ...okay, it would be a shallow pool but you get my point of exaggeration!

As mentioned previously, everyone seems to be more interested in Chip and Dale than the actual Minnie Mouse Nendoroid herself. And based on the many comments made, we just need a Nendoroid collection for the Disney Afternoon from the '90s. So much awesome? Indeed! Nendoroid figures for Tantei Opera Milky Holmes spills over into the sequel with the release Kokoro who has a colorful outfit and some snazzy, wavy hair. For fans who enjoy their school life laughs, everyday life title Nichijou will see Nano get a release along with Nee-san from school gag title +tic Nee-san. The youngin' Miu from Listen to Me, Girls. I am your Father! will also be joining the Nendoroid family.

It wouldn't be a Nendoroid post if there were not Nendoroid Petit figures to talk about. Though Fate/Zero is the current title of choice, Good Smile Company is hopping back to Fate/Hollow Ataraxia for a set of Nendoroid Petit figures of the ladies mostly in maid outfits. Oh, and there are characters in their usual duds, too, like Bazett, Caren, and Saber Alter. For iDOLM@STER, there will always be an endless supply of figures of these ladies since they have so many otufits.

It's the usual cuteness from Good Smile Company with their Nendoroid figures but nothing that really stands out to me that would be an instant buy. Is there anything you see that has you surprised or already know about and want? And since it was brought up, what dream Disney title would you love to see in Nendoroid form?
