[UPDATE] Sherlock Shellingford Nendoroid is adorably expensive

Sherlock Shellingford seems to be some sort of magical girl version of Sherlock Holmes, and quite honestly, I'm not really complaining. With her adorable little outfit, looking glass, and awesome hair, who could complain about her? Sherlock Shellingford is from the Japanese PSP game Milky Holmes which appears to have an anime as well. This Nendoroid though, sadly, is an exclusive bonus when you buy the limited edition of the PSP game, making her quite pricey.

The 10,290 yen set will include the PSP game, the soundtrack for the game, an artbook, a few special trading cards, and of course this adorable Nendoroid and all of her faces and accessories. While pricey, that isn't too bad of a price though considering all of the things that it comes with. Don't forget that PSPs are also region free so you can play the game as well, which seems to require little knowledge of the Japanese language! Sherlock Shellingford will go up for order on the 27th (tonight for those of us in the western world) and will probably available on AmiAmi and other retailers for around 8000 yen. I know I'll probably get sucked in and wind up ordering this, but are any of you looking to add a detective to your Nendoroid army?

[UPDATE] The Milky Holmes sets have gone up for order on AmiAmi and I seem to have caved and ordered the set. You can cave in too and get the regular limited edition set for 8,480 yen, or pick up the AmiAmi exclusive telephone card edition for 9,480 yen instead. If you do want her, I'd suggest going now as this will probably be pretty limited!
