[UPDATE] S.H. Figuarts Sky High pre-orders opening tonight photo

Seems Bandai is paying attention to how popular Tiger & Bunny is, because there's yet another S.H. Figuarts figure coming out next year from that series! This time, Sky High (a.k.a. Keith Goodman) is going to be released in poseable form. Spotted on the Tamashii Nations website, Sky High is at least coming with another set of hands ... though I can't really see what else might be in store. Still, it's pretty exciting ... but when can we have Blue Rose?

Sky High is coming in February at a retail price of ¥4,725. I would expect that once pre-orders go up for this one, they will be gone just as quick as all the other Tiger & Bunny Figuarts so far. Anyone thinking of picking this up for their collection?

[UPDATE: PRE-ORDERS OPENING TONIGHT. Amiami and CD Japan sold out in seconds! This is going to be a long night. But if you're looking for Figuarts Barnaby to go with Sky High, ToysLogic has him in stock still]

[Pre-order at Amiami (sold out) | CDJapan (sold out) | Hobby Search (sold out) | Big in Japan (sold out) | HobbyLink Japan (to be opened)]

MOAR Tiger and Bunny:

Legacy Comments

Pre-orders are going up tonight (Tomorrow for Japan). T Nations didn't post the time when they would go up. I'm stalking tonight so that I can grab him.

I think the next one in the line would be Oragami. Which I'm sure will sell out at ridiculous speed since he very popular among the T & B fans.
Well I know what I'm doing tonight.

Failing to preorder Sky High.
All these T&B figures look great, but they're so expensive (especially together!) and getting them is very hard (unless you want to pay for them in the secondary market, which will be even more expensive). I'm going to have to pass. On all of them unfotunately.

Seconded. I guess I'll try to bump the post when pre-orders go up :D

I second that, sir. It's a pity, the character are really cool, but since I lost Tiger and Bunny figures pre-orders (and knew that some figures will be exclusive), any motivation I had was lost.
When Origami goes on sale, fans scrambling to get him will not just destroy the retailers' servers. They will destroy the internet completely. XD
If only I could get this figure. Or two of them. One to display, and one to try to modify to make a Rocketeer figure.
So happy I got him via HS. I think he lasted about 2 minutes. As soon as I ordered him and checked out and posted his link via MFC he was gone.
Yeah, I think I'll pass on him. I don't want to- but ordering through toyslogic is just DRAINING!
Everything is bought out asap due to resellers that in turn inflate prices. All being sold on ebay in china locations -_-

Same goes with POP :P Arg.

Bandai needs to distribute these figures themselves, otherwise this kind of behavior is going to keep happening. They need an international site ,like a version of their exclusive web shop.

I don't think they really care that the fans are getting ripped off, as long as the resellers are buying them/giving them money.

Probably. Figure makers don't seem to care if a.) they're getting paid and b.) people aren't making knock-offs and stealing their sales.
Hobby Link Japan and Otocute haven't added him yet. I would watch out tonight for him. I'm sure they wanted to avoid all the crazyness that went on yesterday.

I wish Bandai would just make the figures as an open order like they did for Kotetsu. The pre-order window doesn't even need to be that long at least 2-3 days. They would make so much money. T&B is a cash cow.
